This website and online store are operated by FOP Rzaiev Kamran, an individual entrepreneur (sole proprietor) registered under the laws of Ukraine ("we," "us," "our"). References throughout these Terms to "our company," "our business," or "the Company" refer to this entity.

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep inventory and product information accurate, product availability may change without prior notice due to supplier inventory updates, manufacturing changes, discontinued products, or other operational circumstances.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may:

• contact you regarding updated availability;
• offer a comparable alternative product;
• issue a full refund if no suitable alternative is available or if you choose not to accept the proposed alternative.

We will never substitute a different product without your prior consent.

If a manufacturer update materially affects the primary functionality or key advertised characteristics of a product, any available remedies will be determined in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

 

6. Inventory Availability

Inventory displayed on our website may not always reflect real-time stock maintained by our fulfillment partners.

Product availability can change rapidly due to simultaneous purchases, supplier inventory updates, quality inspections, discontinued production, or other operational reasons.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

An order is considered accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and the order has entered fulfillment.

If inventory becomes unavailable before fulfillment begins, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

11. Shipping

Shipping services are provided through independent international and domestic shipping carriers selected by our fulfillment partners.

Estimated delivery times displayed on our website are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

• carrier delays;

• destination-country import procedures;
• operational requirements of fulfillment partners.

Where operationally necessary, the shipping carrier, shipping route, warehouse location, or fulfillment facility may be changed without prior notice to improve delivery efficiency or order fulfillment.

We currently sell and ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not accept or process orders intended for delivery outside the United States, and we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order identified as such.

Not every issue automatically qualifies for a refund, replacement, or return.
